Custom Trades CRM is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Oak Harbor Tech LLC may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the updated version on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Michigan, except where arbitration applies under the Terms of Service.
